Hosting by Moxietype is mandatory: individuals and businesses cannot host their own Moxietype sites. Individual and businesses can manage the content of the websites hosted by Moxietype and retain the copyright to the content which they post.

Intellectual Property:

Moxietype is owned by Moxietype and its parent company Juno Films Inc. Using Moxietype doesn't grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, trademarks, features and programing code.

Parts of the software may be offered under an open source license that we may make available to you per request.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
